2011- 2012 Project Grants Strengthening Virginia through the Arts 2011-2012 Project Grants are for expenses occurring between July 1, 2011 and June 15, 2012. Organizations may submit a complete application no later than 5:00 PM, March 1, 2011. This is a receipt deadline, not a postmark deadline. The Commission will not accept applications via fax, email, or other electronic means.
