2011-2012 Services to the Field 2011-2012 Services to the Field Grants are for services occurring between July 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012. Organizations/Agencies may submit a complete application no later than 5:00 p.m., March 1, 2011. This is not a postmark deadline. The Commission will not accept applications via fax, email, or other electronic means. Grant applicants are responsible for reading the Commission's 2011-2012 Online Guidelines for Funding to determine eligibility.
