The Adjustment shall be accompanied by the two separate prints of an accurate and detailed PLAN for every site to be relocated and by all required records of the landowner's intended development. The documents containing this information shall also be dated, signed and submitted on a separate Adjustment to Zoning form. The completed Adjustment to Zoning must be attached to the original plans and/or any additional plans required by this Chapter. All documents must contain the full address of the new landowner or property owner. 4. APPROVAL OF PROPERTY OWNER'S LAND- USE APPROVAL. In all cases where the landowner's land- use approval is required to receive the approval of the Planning Department, plans shall be submitted to the Planning Department for their review and approval or disapproval. Such plans shall be accompanied by the two prints of an accurate and detailed PLAN for each site to be relocated. Also, the required records shall be submitted to the Planning Department. Zoning shall be adjusted and the land- use approval form provided, by a copy of the two-dimensional plan. Also, in all cases where construction or alterations to the site require re-zoning, plans shall be submitted by a copy of the two-dimensional plans to the Planning Department for review and approval or disapproval. The completed Adjustment to Zoning forms shall be attached to the original plans and submitted on a separate Adjustment to Zoning form. All documents must contain the full address of the new property owner or property owner. 5.
