PDFfiller was created by Vadim Yasinovsky, with inspiration from Semyon Dukach, because they really hated filling out forms by hand. Vadim is also known for starting Clear Software, which brought easy-to-use flowcharting tools to hundreds of thousands of customers in the 80's and 90's.
Development work was performed by Heath Morrison, who enjoys working with Vadim and Semyon.
