You can quickly write on a PDF using pdfFiller

One primary feature of pdfFiller allows you to write on a PDF document. Simply click Text, locate the text field on a page, and type in the text. You can then adjust the font and size to the rest of the content.

Draw on a PDF

Click the Draw button in the top panel and use a touchpad or a mouse to add a drawn text or image to your document. Don’t forget to click DONE to save the edits.

Sign a PDF in the pdfFiller web or mobile app

pdfFiller offers built-in eSignature capabilities. Electronic signatures used by pdfFiller are legally compliant and have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

Click Sign on the top panel, choose your signature format and locate it on the page. pdfFiller allows you to type, draw, or upload an image of your handwritten signature.

Convert a PDF to other file types

When you finish editing your document, you can choose a file type and download it to your computer. When clicking DONE, the edited file is saved automatically in PDF format. If you prefer another file type, you will need to take the following steps to convert your document:

1. Open the document and make the necessary changes if required.
2. Once you edit your document, click the dropdown button next to DONE and choose Save As.
3. Select the preferred format in the list. You can select one of the following options: PDF, fillable PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, or JPEG.
4. Select the destination where you want to store the file.
5. Click Save As to transfer the file to the selected destination.
