What is the EPA Form 8700-22 for?
This one-page form contains descriptions of dangerous goods to be transported and their marking codes, which are used to identify the transported substances. According to these descriptions and marking codes, the recipient can oversee their waste management including treating, recovering, or disposing of those substances.
This form contains the certification that the contents of this consignment are fully and accurately described on this form using the proper shipping name and are classified, packaged, marked and are in proper condition for transport according to the current legislation.
