What is Form 40-ESV?
Form 40-ESV is known as the Oregon Estimated Income Tax Payment. An individual has to make estimated tax payments if $1,000 or more is owed after withholding and credits when you submit your income tax return. Generally all retirees, nonresidents and part-year residents, farmers or fishermen, S corporations, Limited Liability Companies, nonresident aliens, fiduciaries, short-year taxpayers and fiscal-year taxpayers may use this form.
