SUBMISSION OF ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
On or about July 8, 2007, I, Keith A. Bond, submitted this proposal to the General Dynamics Tank Systems division.
I am an engineer by trade with over 21 years of practical experience in all phases of engineering management and programmatic analysis. Through both the M1A1 production program and the A/1E2 upgrade I have performed technical studies, system modeling and testing, and engineering design with primary focus on the M1 program. I am fluent in English and speak fluent Arabic. For this role I am required to be physically present when on-site at GMD and to report to my commanding officer at the time scheduled. I am being paid 42,000/mo. Plus Federal Taxes and Health/Flex/Life Insurance.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
I served as the Technical Specialist at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Fort Drum, NY in 2002 and 2003 where I oversaw the development and testing of the M1A1 tank program including development of the M1A1/E2 modification packages, equipment and support equipment. From 2 I served as a Program Manager for General Dynamics Missile Systems (GDN), where I was responsible for all activities related to the program on a program basis for the M1A1 tank program. In addition, I also reviewed all technical data related to the program. In 2010, I was given additional responsibility to be responsible for development and support of the M1A2 SEASON (SEAR) as well as assisting in the design of the tank's tank recovery system.
