The USGS will also maintain a record of the information available for inspection and will provide all required information for an inspection. It is anticipated that the waste will be discharged in a dry, air free environment and that no water (other than for the reclamation process of the landfill), will be involved in the management of the waste. The waste will be handled by our landfill personnel in a manner which protects the environment. The Department of Public Health will maintain a copy of the application and have a copy available every week for inspection at the landfill. The Department will not make the public aware of this permit application. Any person who violates any provision of this subsection commits a Class D misdemeanor.
