BED REQUEST FORM When you arrive to the drill site, you will have to fill out this form in entirety. All requests for berthing must be submitted no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled drill. All IDT drills must be in Direct Access before we approve the berthing. All Dining hall beds must be in Direct Access before we approve the berthing. If you do not have the required Direct Access in your room, you may be required to change your room arrangement before you can be admitted to berthing. If there are none located in your room that are direct access, you may be required to reschedule your IDT drill in order to access an IDT bed in a shared room. The following items may be required by drill staff when changing bed arrangements: Changing to a single bunk — One person or one person and one pet. To request a single bunk, please provide a copy of your ID card. Changing to a double bunk — Two persons. Two sets of IDT. To request double bunk, please provide a copy of your ID card. Changing to a triple bunk — Three persons. Two sets of IDT. To request triple bunk, please provide a copy of your ID card. Moving in with someone else's room — Two sets of IDT. To request someone else's room change, please have the guest's name, room number and direct access to your room on your ID card. No-smoking dormitory — None of the rooms are allowed to be smoke-free. Please bring an ID or an “I Voted” sticker to change into your room. Please note that there will be a time-lapse in time between the day you request the room change and the time the change is made, even if the change is done within 24 hours of the request. Please be patient. The new ID card or “I Voted” sticker is not to be removed until the end of your stay. If you are unsure about a change to your room, or if your room is smoke-free, you may call the Guest Relations office at on Thursday (11-11): 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Thursdays.
