An examination report from a licensed structural engineer, professional engineer, or inspector, as described above. 5. Certification that the building will be constructed to the required design standard. C. Documentation of Planning — This must include a signed construction proposal, completed by the design professional. The construction proposal must include a signed construction proposal, in accordance with Section 17-1198, Chapter 1, Massachusetts Administrative Code.
