I have completed at least 3 semesters and at least 6 quarter-semesters of full time course credit as a Christian Theological Seminary student at this campus. Furthermore, I maintain credit for all courses within the current quarter and semester and have had at least 90-10 credit in each course (including summer quarter courses). Furthermore, I have completed courses in which I am enrolled. Furthermore, I submit to the Office of the Registrar, the first official class day of my academic year, and all official transcripts and any other supporting documentation as required by the Office of the Registrar. Furthermore, I am a graduate of an accredited institution, and my degree programs have received accreditation from a recognized academic institution of higher learning by the time of award of the degree. Furthermore, I have completed at least 60 semester units of full-time coursework completed or in progress at this college. Furthermore, I am currently enrolled in a graduate program or graduate studies (in any subject area) that includes a minimum of 60 semester units and a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale. Furthermore, I have an active graduate study (PhD/MD/DO EMT) scheduled to begin on the first day of my upcoming fall or spring semesters in which I am enrolled and have obtained all prerequisites.
