Non-members who have completed all service hours during the year (including non-service hours) are eligible to receive service hours during the current term of service and the following term, provided they meet the minimum service hours for the current term. However, an organization may choose to use the work study program only during the term in question and allow non-members to work during the term for as many hours as desired, regardless of the service hours earned. A co-author or director can earn multiple service hours in one or more years, but each service hour must be counted individually.
