The effect is shown to decrease at increased boundary conditions and increase with changes in boundary conditions. The results for the four algorithms are compared to control codes and with boundary conditions developed for two alternative formulas. This results in the potential for a refinement of the algorithms to produce a model that more closely fits deformation response in realistic situations. The effect of form is shown also to be influenced by the initial condition, and the influence is also influenced by a changing boundary condition. The effect of form is shown to be independent of the initial state of the demure curve but the influence of form on deformation is strongest for non-dome-shaped objects. For non-circlar boundary conditions, the effect of form is also found to be increased when the initial state is less complex.
