Bidders' names and bids are recorded in one of four columns, along with any applicable reserve bids. Bids not met by the end of the day of the auction will be considered forfeited and will not be collected from the remaining bidders. The reserve bidding increments can be viewed here or by contacting us at between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day of the auction. 3. The Silent Auctioneer will announce any items in the Auction that are over the reserve number and will then proceed to announce the bidding increments. 4. Bids are placed with a coin or bank check or a credit or debit card. Payment must be made at least three business days before the close of auction. If payment is not made as noted above, the sale shall be deemed to have been terminated and the buyer shall be charged for all expenses, including costs of sale. 5. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm all bids at the time of payment and to sign any confirmation or confirmation of payment form. Payment must be made by wire transfer or cashiers check and must clear our bank within four (4) business days of being paid. Any failed checks or wires will result in additional fees. Our bank's statement of account can be viewed here. If payment must be made in person, funds may be drawn on the bank within five (5) business days of our receipt of funds. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards, checks and wire transfers. Buyers who wish to wire funds or accept cash in lieu of a credit card should call us at in order to initiate the wire transfer. All items not paid for on time are liable to be forfeited. 6. We are not responsible for any failure to pay any bid or any non-payment from the buyer. 7. All auction proceeds will be applied by the auctioneer to the account of the Silent Auction. We will deduct the amount won due to successful bidders in the silent auction from the funds remaining in the reserve. 8. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, Silent Auction reserves the right to reorder the lots bid on in the auction. Unless otherwise agreed by the Silent Auction, the auctioneer may open the bidding in the event of a dispute by first indicating the bids indicated by each bidder for each lot.
