Review Schedule A: Initial Review by Council Meeting Subject to Item 14, the applicant must file a Qualification Submission form in the appropriate portion of the Office of the City Clerk. In this case, the Qualification Submission form will be received by the City Clerk on or before May 31, 2004. The Qualification Submission form will be considered confidential and all information contained therein will be treated as protected by the Municipal Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act. If the applicant does not file a Qualification Submission form, the City Clerk will issue a Notice of Filing of the application within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Qualification Submission form as specified in Item 8. The City Clerk will also publish the notice as described in Section 14. For the application described in paragraph 8, see Item 8 of the Application Description. The City Clerk will receive the Qualification Submission form within 15 calendar days of the date of publication in the Office of the City Clerk. If the City Clerk does not issue a notice of filing within 14 calendar days, the Qualification Submission form shall be considered received on or before the 16th day AFTER publication. Upon receipt of the Qualification Submission form, the applicant may proceed with any review. The City Council will consider the Review Schedule A. The City Council will not receive a request for Review Schedule A until the Qualification Submission form has been received, and the City has reviewed and processed the Qualification Submission form. Once the City has determined that the Qualification Submission form has been received, the City Council will consider and respond to the Request to Review the Review Schedule. If the City wishes to make changes to the Review Schedule after the Qualification Submission form has been received, review of the Review Schedule may be conducted at any time by any member of the City Council. Once the City Council has completed their review, the information may be placed in a file for further review by the Office of the City Clerk, the Finance and Administrative Services Division, the Finance and Administration Services Division, or the Tax and Revenue Services Division.
