SIR reserves the right to impose a rate for membership that is appropriate to the type of membership. You must include a link to your membership page when you register to participate in SIR, or you will not be considered a member. SIR may not verify membership unless a substantial and sustained amount of membership dues is collected and paid monthly. Please complete all the required fields clearly and accurately. Note that you are not required to provide a photo for your membership application. All information submitted with your membership application is to be used only to facilitate your membership consideration. Note that by registering for the application program, you agree to the confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions of the SIR Membership Agreement as described in the A-1, Participation in the SIR Membership Program.
