7. Publication requirements. The publication requirements of sections 6.32 and 6.35 are to be published. The printed version shall be available for review by the public at all reasonable times during normal business hours of the licensing division or agency with respect to which the regulation is issued and shall be available for public inspection on request made to the division within 15 calendar days after the date of issuance of the regulation, and shall not be less than 15 days before publication at least once per calendar year thereafter, or such other periods as may be mutually agreed upon between the division and the licensee or licensee's representative. No information, list, or catalog of alcoholic beverages, or any of its ingredients or characteristics may be incorporated into promotional materials in any manner without written approval of the division.
8. General powers and duties of the licensing division. The licensing division may: (1) Request any person to whom a record is required to be transmitted under section 6.31(1)(a) that it be transmitted by telephone or electronic mail.
