Enter the total of the amount you received but did not deduct in box 2 of your schedule 2 “Other amounts received (1) (a) in cash.”. Enter the amount you deducted in box 2 of your schedule 2 “Other amounts received, not subject to tax.”, in box 1 (if any). Enter the amount in box 1 of your schedule 2 “Other amounts received, subject to tax”. Enter the total of the following amounts: If no amount is included under subsection 163(4) of the Income Tax Act, include your entire amount in box 1 of your schedule 2 “Other amounts received, not subject to tax.” Enter the amount you received but did not deduct in box 2 of the form for which you filed the IAD. For any other amounts that you received, do not enter the amount of the tax you paid or accrued or the amounts included in box 2 of your schedule 2.
