All notices for this sale shall be delivered personally, or by first-class mail postage prepaid, or by overnight courier to: Best Representation of the Sellers of the Residential Property located at 575 Academy Rd., Suite B Albuquerque, NM 87107, and sent in writing by registered or certified mail or overnight courier to, Best Representation of the Sellers of the Residential Property, 575 Academy Rd., Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87107, Attention: [Seller Name] Buyer/Seller's Signature hereto and the Sale Date. By signing this release form, the Seller acknowledges he has fully executed and completely transferred and shall deliver to [Buyer/Seller] all Rights, Title and Interest in and to the Residential Property listed above and all copies of documents which the Seller shall be required to deliver to the Buyer/Seller hereunder upon the execution of this Release Notice and has agreed and consented to this Agreement in full or in part, and he hereby agrees to be bound by this Agreement as executed by [Buyer/Seller] and to be bound by the terms of this Release Notice and to fulfill his obligations hereunder on behalf of the Seller. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Seller. In this Agreement, “we” or “us” shall mean Buyer/Seller.
