The Account Holder is sent a “Transfer is not allowed” error. This should result in a request to the J-1 Visa system for more information. When transferring from a J-1 Visa to J-1 non-Visa Account, a pending transfer is sent back to the J-1 Visa system after making the transfer if not sent immediately. The pending transfer is now removed immediately if the transfer was made or received. A request for an account to be closed is no longer sent back to the J-1 Visa system after being submitted. When transferring from a J-1 Visa Account to an Account with a check drawn by a bank account of that J-1 Visa Account, a transfer is sent to the J-1 Visa System in the next Transaction Wizard window. The transfer is sent to the bank account from which the check was drawn (rather than the check owner). This will result in a transfer for the check being drawn to the bank's account. J-1 Visa Accounts can now send and receive transactions using the “To Account” button in Transaction Wizard. (Previously, the button was available only on the Payment Receipt view.) In the “Sending / Receiving” tab of the Transaction Wizard, if a payment is sent to an Account of another J-1 Visa Account, a copy of the entire payment transaction (from beginning to end, including the Amount field) is displayed for that Account and will be visible on the next Transaction Wizard tab (for example, on the Add Account screen) even if the Account is closed. When using a check drawn on the same bank account as the Account being submitted from, if a check is returned unpaid, the amount owed in the check is automatically sent to that J-1 Visa Account. The transaction history can no longer be deleted when a session becomes inactive. There is no longer an expiration time of 24 hours for the payment confirmation. When making a payment on the payment receipt window, the check can be cancelled or the payment amount changed. When the transaction is received, the transaction window's Cancel button cannot be used to cancel the notification, so this was not allowed.
