Any tickets and/or reservation requests that have to be re-made after your initial confirmation will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Should we be unable to arrange such a booking with another provider, we shall refund you as soon as possible after receiving a confirmation email from you. Payment must be made via Money Order, Euro or Bank Draft. You have 10 days after the date of your original confirmation email to confirm the booking. We can also apply the 1 USD service fee charged by your credit card or debit card service provider on this booking. We will email you once we receive your confirmation. If you do not return this email within 2 days we will cancel your booking.
