There will be periodic announcements posted on the internet , and will include information on how to vote and registration information. The club provides an extensive and entirely voluntary membership list. Members can access this list at anytime from their home computer. In addition, the club encourages club members to consider becoming a member through a yearly renewal fee. Members of the club can also join HRC as partners of the club via our partner membership page. Race day and registration will begin at 6:30 a.m. sharp. There will be a briefing and race meet at 7:30 a.m. at the race meeting site. This site will be updated with time and day of the session and can be viewed here For more information about the HRC and its programs visit HRC is pleased to announce that the 2006 HRC Winter Race will be held on Saturday, September 3rd as the second of the 4 HRC Winter races this year. We encourage all racers to plan to be there for the starting grid to be posted at 7:00 a.m. and to follow the race meeting at the meeting site. There is an extensive guest list to this event, and we encourage all racers to arrive by preregistration to ensure a spot on the grid.
