We strongly advise you to obtain prior arrangements with a local boat shop or agent to deal with any problems relating to the bookings and purchases of your boat, as we have no way of dealing with any issues. There will be times when circumstances or unforeseen circumstances or a combination of both will require you to change crew and, sometimes, an unforeseen change to your bookings. When such situations occur, you should contact the Skipper for advice, and we will attempt to find alternative crew (or, as applicable, substitute crew). If you require any amendments to your booking we would require to be consulted beforehand. However, in any case, you may be held liable for full losses if we have to pay for any such modification or amendments. The booking contract and booking form of your boat is a contract between the buyer and the company. The company is not liable for any loss due to cancellation, delays or change of sail. The company is not liable or responsible for any loss incurred whilst in New Zealand. No boat will be delivered to you where you are liable for all or any part of the loss, damage, delay or change of sail, or where you owe any money as a result of delay in delivery.
