All entries and scores must be submitted to the Director at least 5 days prior to the event. In order to be considered a member of the SWAG, a member club must have a minimum membership fee of R250/month. It is the responsibility of each entrant to obtain the proper documentation to obtain a SALT membership from the designated venue (see Regulations). Each entrant must complete the scoring form on which the entry is to be scored prior to play. This submission will be reviewed and a record of the score made which will be taken to the Director to facilitate the awarding of awards. The R&A will be providing scoresheet of entry submitted on 14 March 2012. Award of medals The winner of the National Amateur Trophy will receive a silver medal which consists of a silver and black leather certificate, and a silver disc which bears the following inscription: National Amateur Trophy.
