All investigations and data gathered during this project has been forwarded to NECTAR for additional review. The initial result of this Phase 2 analysis is NOTATES: P1. No release or spill of regulated substance has or has not occurred. The NECTAR report does not identify or verify the source of the chemicals contained within the site. 2. Based on the results of the Phase 2 investigation, EDD/EOD will be initiated. It is anticipated the EOD will be conducted in the next 2-3 weeks. The EDD will be performed with the same contractor as the EOD and will be conducted by EDD/EOD in accordance with the EOD's Manual. It is expected that EDD/EOD may conclude the EDD by the end of Summer 2015. 3. If EDD/EOD determines that regulated substance release or spill has occurred, EDD/EOD will document the site as a source of such release or spill, and the relevant information will be reported to Federal, State, and Tribal officials. Findings Check all that apply: ? 1. Site documentation has been evaluated by EDD, and it has been determined that the current documentation supports no source of release of a regulated substance. EDD has been in possession of the Site Investigation Report for several weeks. 2. No leak or spill of regulated substance has or has not occurred. The Site Investigation Report was submitted to NECTAR and NECTAR has notified Federal, State, and Tribal regulators for further review. 3. Based on the results of the Phase 2 investigation and the documents obtained, it has been determined that no unregulated substance release was detected in the environment from the contaminated location. 4. The site contains approximately 0.3 pounds of hazardous materials per acre, consisting of metals, acids, phosphates, and other non-harmful elements. NECTAR has analyzed the Site Investigation Report and has determined that there are no unregulated hazardous materials present. 5. No contamination levels have been detected at the site. EDD/EOD has developed a Plan of Action to mitigate the environmental impacts of the contamination event. EDD/EOD is currently implementing the Plan of Action and is evaluating its efficacy based on findings from monitoring and analytical data. EDD/EOD will submit an updated Plan of Action to NECTAR for review by the end of January 2015. 6.
