Courses with new coursework must be clearly identified as a modified course in their title, grade, subject area, and/or title. Some changes are only applicable to courses taken after September 1, 2018, while the remainder are applicable to all courses. If you propose that a course be designated as a modified course in any way, please indicate that in your response. (2 letters/number) Course Title Change (Check only one item in the list and mark it as being “Required Changes” or “Optional Changes”) (Part II): In addition to the changes provided for in the Part II of the Change Form above, you may propose changes based on changes to the specific course.
