For purposes of this agreement, “authorized user” means the actual, legal entity owning or operating the Two-Factor Authentication Authority with the physical ability to approve an application, as well as a direct employee of such an entity. Authorized user will be the primary contact person for any information requests for an authorized user request to establish the authorization of a user. A request for an “authorized user” shall indicate the authorized user's primary contact information on the request. To comply with the terms of this agreement, you must keep your Two-Factor Authentication Authority-issued card or access code current until you terminate employment or change the primary contact information. Disclosures You will not knowingly disclose any information provided to or by the Two-Factor Authentication Authority that you believe to be false or incomplete when applying or otherwise using Two-Factor Authentication. You must promptly notify the Two-Factor Authentication Authority of any unauthorized disclosure of information. Failure to do so may prohibit subsequent uses of your account and your password. When you are asked to provide information or to provide authorization to use your account, you must be truthful. If you are not truthful, a refusal to provide all the information may result in your account being shut down and your authorization revoked. The Department has only authorization to review your information or authorization to use your account at any certain time when accessing the Two-Factor Authentication website. Any attempt to violate the confidentiality obligations of this agreement may result in an immediate refusal to have your account accessed.
