Training on how to properly use and care for the tools of the field. 3. Training on how to properly use and care for the site surveyor's tools. 4. Training in the project's scope and budget. 5. Training on the project's objectives, benefits and risks. Program Participants, Previously Certified (Training must be completed within the past four years) Required to attend or have completed: 2.2. Mandatory Design Review: A Review of the design and its elements will be required to ensure that it does not compromise local land-use, public safety and land use, public health, environmental or the design's sustainability. 2.3. Mandatory Geotechnical Survey: A full geotechnical survey of the area in question must be carried to determine the soil condition. 2.4. Mandatory Site Survey: An inspection of the site and associated infrastructure must be carried. 2.5. The Project must use a qualified surveying contractor. 2.7. The contractor must provide information on all required materials, equipment, materials, time frames and costs. 2.7.1. Materials: a. Construction materials, including lumber, nails and screws. b. Construction supplies, including but not limited to building materials of the applicant. c. Non-concreting construction site barriers and drainage. Exceptions must be noted in writing. e. Plastic pipe fittings. f. Metal piping and fittings. g. All material that is not listed above or that is not suitable for this site. (This includes concrete materials, soil, and gravel) h. All waste materials, including but not limited to water used when the materials are removed. i. All temporary or permanent structures. j. All structures constructed upon the site. k. Any other items deemed necessary in order to carry out each program requirement. c. This is one of the most thorough and comprehensive training programs available (required at both the initial and subsequent training) for new project-based consultants in the state.
