In the event that the exhibit space we seek remains unfilled during this session, we have informed the exhibit coordinator of our desire to submit a new application for exhibit space during the following conference. The proposed exhibit space will consist of 10? x 18? open exhibition area consisting of a table, bench, chair and other seating. This space will be located on the first floor of the Wyndham Lisle hotel. The exhibit space will be available to members for use during the Conference only and no other group will be permitted to use this space or any portion of this area (i.e., the exhibit is being reserved for individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing and can therefore not use the audio system in the conference room). The exhibition space will be kept in a clean and dust-free environment. In addition to the exhibit space, we request that the RID staff present us with a budget for the rental fees to cover the conference expenses and the amount necessary to cover reasonable administrative costs for the conference. All fees collected from the use of exhibit space will be deposited into the registry of interpreters for the deaf RID 2012 Region III Conference and will be used in accordance with the exhibit regulations. We understand that the exhibition space is a limited-use amenity which cannot be shared or transferred or rented to other non-disability oriented groups. We understand that RID will provide a copy of this application during a meeting of the board of directors for our acceptance and confirmation.
