Push hard and fast, aiming for a depth of at least 2 inches and a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute. Allow the chest to fully recoil between compressions.

After 30 compressions, give two rescue breaths. Tilt the person's head back, pinch their nose closed, and cover their mouth with yours. Blow until you see their chest rise.

Continue cycles of 30 compressions and 2 breaths until emergency medical help arrives or the person shows signs of life.

If an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is available, follow the instructions provided to attach the device and deliver a shock if advised.

Stay with the person until professional medical help takes over.
