The inventory shall be used as the basis for setting requirements for inspections and audits of production facilities. (b) Annual report on inventory Each supplier and covered entity shall file with the Secretary at the beginning of each year an inventory report that: (1) describes the inventory of the covered entity, including a description of the product category covered by the inventory (so far as it is known); and (2) includes a detailed review of the inventory. © Required information in report Each report shall include each of the following: (1) The name and address (or otherwise publicly available identifying information) of the supplier. (2) The name and address (or publicly available identifying information) of any third party that supplied any product or part that is subject to the inventory. (3) The number of products subjects to the inventory, along with the estimated quantity and a statement of the reasons for the estimate. (4) The name and address (or publicly available identifying information) of the covered entity that conducted the inventory review. (5) The identity of the individual responsible for monitoring the inventory.
