Do NOT scan your answer, just write it on the scan sheet. You need 2 attempts on this exam. If there are any questions that are too difficult, you can write an explanation of why it is too difficult on the answer sheet. If all 4 of your attempts on a question or part of a question are incorrect, you will get a zero on the exam. In the case of incorrect answers, no points will be deducted. In addition to all the above, the following additional materials must be submitted: (1) Copy of your transcript from last year's school year (if you took the UGA/UGA in fall of 2010, you will need your summer transcript from earlier this summer at minimum, otherwise the summer transcript must match the summer transcript of this 2011 transcript season); (2) 2 pieces of paper (preferred: 1 notecard with your name on it and a cover sheet for the exam that you may use during the exam); (3) Personal ID/driver's license if you are under 18 years of age. Each student is responsible for providing a copy of both his or her current year's and last 2 years' transcripts before the next summer and winter semesters. All materials should be brought to the test site on Wednesday, September 9th, 2010 at 9:30 am and Friday, September 11th when your exam will be scheduled. All exam materials will be provided by the test center. Exam times: 9/9/10-11:30 AM, 11/11-12:30 PM, and Saturday, September 12th 10-12 AM. All exam materials will be located in the test center. There may be up to 4 exam center locations around campus. If you have questions about the exam location, contact us at. The only acceptable form of ID for the test is a valid driver's license/ID card that you currently have in your possession. There is no such thing as a passport. You may bring a document that will clearly identify you, but this will not be accepted as the primary form of ID. Please remember to bring appropriate forms of identification for each exam you take. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of any other forms of ID or documents you may bring to the exam, and you are responsible for any fees you incur when bringing the documents to the test center.
