If the Euro Tribe is able to show harm is likely to result from a proposed action it must obtain a petition signed by at least 2,000 persons. The petition must include information such as damage caused by a proposed action and a statement indicating what type and amount of damages the proposed action could cause and the tribe's ability to seek compensation from the United States. The petition must also indicate how the tribe would deal with damages in the event that the federal agency approves the proposed action, and the petition need not be filed before issuance of the FEES. In order to obtain eminent domain, all parties must make payment for the damages caused, including reasonable attorney's fees and court cost. Erection of the Park: Any land that is acquired by the Euro Tribe must be conveyed to the United States for any projects undertaken in the new park.
