A 2-acre site is utilized. 2. The storm water facility will be located within a site designed with 1.1 acres of surface runoff, 1.2 acres of surface runoff retention, and a 1,400 gallon disposal/outlet. The storm water facility will be constructed with the following specifications: a) 2.3 feet of grade elevation change; b) An 80-foot vertical drop; c) A 90-foot-diameter pool with a 5-foot depth; d) A 7 percent overflow capacity (including a 65-foot-diameter pond); and e) Two 5-foot-high concrete storm drains and an 8-foot-high concrete storage wall extending to two adjacent sites. The storm water facility will also contain a 6-foot concrete retaining wall and an 8-foot concrete retaining wall. The storm water facility will be built adjacent to the storm drain line. 6. Environmental Characteristics: The proposed facility is situated on a slope with a drainage area of approximately 0.7 acres. The design is approved by the South Dakota Division of Water Quality (SDD).
