411(a). The STC can be completed by the first holder of the certificate or by the pilot who will hold the certificate for the recertification. The original will be provided to the aircraft owner. The STC form must be completed in the first place to have it considered valid and to have the aircraft flown during normal operations. In the event that the STC form is not completed, and the aircraft is returned to King Air after the recertification has been approved the aircraft owner will be required to obtain another STC form, sign it, and submit it again. King Air has determined that the aircraft owner will not be reimbursed for time spent on the STC. The aircraft owner should allow 3-4 weeks for the necessary documentation and for delivery of the required equipment. The owner should keep the STC forms available for his/her reference as needed. (1) The STC must include the following fields: (a) Date. (b) Name. (1) The following fields have been assigned a value of 1: NONE to indicate that no values should be entered and 2: ANTIC: Pilot Flight Time, Fuel (or Tread Depth), Takeoff Descent, and Landing Descent, and Total Time. ANTIC: Pilot Weight and Rudder. ANTIC: Weight of Ground Equipment, Pilot Altimeter, Landing Pedal, Landing Gear, and Landing Light. ANTIC: Weight of Passenger Gear, Pilot Landing Gear, Landing Pedal, and Airspeed Indicator. In the event that a pilot's flight time from the date of entry into service is less than 20 (20) hours the ANTIC: Pilot Weight and Rudder are values 2 and 3. In the event that a pilot's flight time from the date of return of the aircraft to the point of date of the recertification is less than 20 hours the ANTIC: Weight of Ground Equipment and Landing Pedal are values 4 and 5. (2) A pilot's weight must be within the following limits (1.0) for takeoff, 50 pounds; 50 pounds for landing, and 100 pounds for the remaining time. A pilot's weight must be less than 0.5 pounds over the specified limits at takeoff. Landing weight must not over the specified limits at takeoff. (2). The ANTIC: Pilot Weight & Rudder values are assigned by King Air to pilot training programs (the ANTIC: Pilot Altimeter is assigned by King Air). (3).
