(e) Reimbursement or Payment for Re-Training If Employee is unable to perform the duties required of him or her in the course of continuing employment with Employee, an agreement may be made between Employer and Employee to allow Employer, on reasonable terms, to reinstate the employee to his or her position if the employee agrees to re-attend the employer's place of employment for the same required training. If an employee so agrees, the Employer is entitled to make reasonable reimbursement to the employee for any training in excess of one hour required for reinstatement.
