cool but needs a more user friendly interface. like small pdf for example. An easy converter option, with a file compress option would be cool. But as far as functionality and edit ability, PDF filler produces superior edits and is why I choose it over other products.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! What do you like best?
The ability to easily upload various documents and manipulate as needed.
What do you dislike?
The difficulty in emailing a document and getting a notification when the die is opened. Could it be less than using a PIN to access the document. Although the security is a nice factor.

Can you explain how mail routing works?
Typically, incoming emails go through a spam filtering service, and all clean emails are sent to the mail server. Email routing goes a step beyond spam filtering and lets you copy or redirect emails based on customized rules. The routing rules can be based on the sender, recipient, or many other parameters.
How does Exchange mail routing work?
In organizations that have Exchange servers in multiple Active Directory sites, outbound mail from internal recipients to external recipients is first routed to the subscribed Active Directory site. Transport servers in the target Active Directory site are the delivery group.
How does email routing work?
Emails are routed to user accounts via several computer servers. They route the message to their final destination and store them so that users can pick them up and send them once they connect to the email infrastructure. Email can be accessed through an email client or a web interface (more about these later).
