The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

Their customer service is excellent. A payment was automatically made from my credit card. However, after talking to the customer service, I got my refund which I never thought would be possible.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I use a clunky chromebook and needed to fill in an enormous health history form. This pdf filler was the easiest experience I have had with one of these assists. As I rarely need to do this I did not continue the subscription and the customer service was excellent I do highly recommend pdfFiller.
