Click the Mail tab and then Signatures in the Compose messages section. Create a new signature by clicking the New button. Paste the copied signature into the Edit signature section (Ctrl + V). Click OK.
Click Just Me, and you'll be prompted to draw your signature with your mouse and save it. Select "Just Me" Click Your Signature to Insert in Document. After you create your signature, click to insert it into the document.
Get started by placing your cursor in the area where you want the signature. Select Insert on the top toolbar and click Drawing and + New. Select Scribble from the Line drop-down and hand-write your signature.
