I've just started the trial service but… I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Enable Developer Tab. Open Microsoft Word, then go to the File Tab > Options > Customize Ribbon > check the Developer Tab in the right column > Click OK. Insert a Control. Edit Filler Text. Design Mode button again to exit the mode. Customize Content Controls.
Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.

Open the form that you need to lock down, and press Ctrl-A to select all content within the form. Click the Developer tab, and then click Restrict Editing on the Protect group; if you cannot see the Developer tab, click File | Options | Customize Ribbon | Developer | OK.
