So if you are interested in purchasing a gun, it's important to know which supporting documents you will be required to provide or fill out. The most common is the firearm bill of sale template.

Being convicted in a court of law or being imprisoned for more than a year;
Addiction to any contrulled substance;
Having a mental/psychulogical disorder;
Living illegally in the US;
Having a history of committing domestic-related viulence.

What Details Does the Firearm Bill of Sale Contain?

Quite small in size, the firearm bill of sale form still covers the basic information used for the purchase. It transfers ownership from one individual to another and includes the following details:

The full name and signature of the customer, who confirms that he or she meets all of the requirements included in the document;
The list of the weapon(s) purchased by the person - including its model, caliber and cost;
The detailed personal and contact information of the buyer and seller, their Concealed Weapons License numbers and their drivers' licenses;
The date and signatures of both counterparties should be provided.

By obtaining this document, the seller can avoid being accused of a crime in case the gun he sold was used in an illegal manner. Moreover, a person who sells any weapon(s) improperly will likely have to pay a fee for violating the law. In this case, the customer can provide the completed bill of sale as proof of the act of purchase.
