Great Program with pretty much all you need This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

A bit difficult to navigate.
A bit difficult to navigate… A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

I forgot to cancel my automatic renewal and contacted Customer Service. They cancelled it for me immediately - no questions asked and no hassle or trying to convince me to keep the renewal. Kim was wonderful and I had my refund in the bank the next day.
