This program is amazing.
This program is amazing. It is so easy to add images and text to existing pdf files not to mention how fast it is. I needed to add my logos and information to my suppliers product pdfs and this saved me a lot of time and got the job done! Thanks!

Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.

A LOI typically is used during business mergers or acquisitions, according to Investorwords.com. People also use it to show they're willing to invest financially. In contrast, a NTP typically is used in construction and authorizes contractors to start building or doing related work.
A limited notice to proceed, on the other hand, is also a notice that gives a contractor the go-ahead to begin work at a specified time. However, instead of being a general notice, it will specify which portions of the job that the contractor should begin working on.
A Notice to Proceed marks the date when a contractor or subcontractor's work is to begin on a construction project - the date that the clock starts ticking.
A NTP defines the date that a contractor can begin to work, with the contract performance time beginning at the NTP date. This establishes a link between the NTP and the legal contract signed by both parties. An NTP thus may be legally enforced.
Contract Award: The time at which the advertised project is awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Notice To Proceed: Formal notification given to the Contractor that officially begins the project. The monitoring of the number of contract working days begins on this date.
Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the formal notification issued by the Contract Manager that direct the Contractor to immediately, or as of a date contained in the notice, begin performance of work.
