I see the message "Not connected to the Internet" when I try to save or print a PDF document. What should I do?

my user is and I have tried logging out of PDF several times, changing browsers, shutting down and restarting my computer and i still keep getting an error "not connected to the internet" when i try to print or save a document. This just started today. Any suggestions? thanks!
