Dear Aline, Thank you for contacting PDFfiller support. 1.I print my document, form CMS 1500. Why It does not look as original size? Please fill the form that is available from this link: www.pdffiller.com/100390300-1500_CMS_02-12pdf-- Then click "Done" button and choose the option "Save as PDF" to download the filled form to your computer. Select the required pages and make sure to tick the option "Print content only" before you save it to your computer. Now open the form that was saved on your computer using Adobe Reader software and print it by selecting the "Actual Size" option in "Page Sizing & Handling" section of the Print dialog box.
