Cut the paper trail and faxing Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button. This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete. You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

Click on the "Insert" tab in your application, then click on "Symbol" at the far right. When this submenu opens, click on "More Symbols." Scroll through the choices until you find the cross in that particular font. (Alternatively, type the character code "2020" into the character code box to go directly to the cross.)
On the Home tab, in the Font group, change the font to Wingdings. Press and hold the ALT key and type the character code on the numeric keypad. Remember to add any leading zeroes you need to get to four digits of length. For example: ALT+0252 will insert a checkmark symbol.
Create a check mark symbol by pressing the Alt key and typing 0252 using the numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard while still pressing the Alt key.
