In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF you want to change. Do one of the following: Rotate one page: Click the Rotate button (or use the Touch Bar). Rotate several pages at once: Choose View > Thumbnails or View > Contact Sheet, select the pages to rotate, then click the Rotate button .
Open your file that you want rotated (even if it is 1000 pages all in the wrong direction). Go to Document/Rotate Pages... or use Ctrl+Shift+R and this opens your rotation menu. You have several rotation options to rotate single pages, all pages, or a selection of pages. Choose what you need and select OK to proceed.
