This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
An Affidavit of Heirship is a sworn statement that heirs can use in some states to establish property ownership when the original owner dies intestate. Affidavits of Heirship are generally used when the decedent only left real property, personal property, or had a small estate.
An Affidavit of Heirship is not a formal adjudication of who inherits the decedent's property upon death, but is rather an Affidavit outlining the deceased person's family history and the identity of heirs which is filed in the public records where the decedent's real property is located.
1. This form should be completed by someone other than an Heir. This person should be someone who is familiar with the family history of the deceased (decedent), and who will obtain no benefit from the Estate. The person who fills out the form is referred to as the “AFFIANT”.
A fee of $15 for the first page and $4 for each additional page is common. Ask if you can file the two affidavits of heirship as one document. Some counties let you file the two affidavits of heirship as one document if the decedent and property descriptions are the same.
