How to Use the Sign Scanned PDFs Feature

The Sign Scanned PDFs feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add your signature to scanned PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Upload your scanned PDF document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the pdfFiller homepage and selecting the scanned PDF file from your computer.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Sign' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A dropdown menu will appear. Select the 'Sign Scanned PDFs' option from the menu.

pdfFiller will automatically detect any signature fields in the document. If there are no signature fields, you can manually add them by clicking on the 'Add Signature Field' button in the toolbar.

To add your signature, click on the signature field and choose one of the available options: draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, type your name and select a signature style, or upload an image of your signature.

After adding your signature, you can adjust its size, position, and orientation to fit the signature field perfectly.

If there are multiple signature fields in the document, repeat steps 5 and 6 for each field.
